International Shipping (outside USA and Canada): International shipping (outside USA and Canada) will be charge for actual shipping cost. After you placed an order, you'll be notified the actual shipping charge for your confirmation before we process your order. You may cancel your order if you think the actual shipping is too high.

Return Policy: If you don't like the products purchased for any reason, just return the merchandise with a copy of the invoice to our company:

within 14 days of the receipt of the merchandise, and we'll refund the full amount minus shipping cost. For free shipping items, we'll deduct the actual shipping cost that ocurred when we shipped your order. In order for us to issue the refund properly, the following requirements are to be followed:

• Items must be returned within 14 days upon receipt of the items.
• the returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and in their original packaging;

You need to pay for the return shipping with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost items during return transit. You may choose the shipping carrier. Refund will be issued in accordance with your payment method. For example, we'll issue the refund to your credit card if you paid with credit card.
